Happy Hours
Networking Happy Hour Agenda
Our networking happy hours begin at 5:00 PM with casual networking around free hot hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar. At about 6:00 PM we form a circle and each give a brief 30-second infomercial.
We will recap the benefits of joining Mid Atlantic Networking and give our sponsor 5-7 minutes to promote and educate about his/her business.
4:00 – 5:30 pm Business Networking. Please place your business cards and brochures on the table at the rear of the room.
5:30 Introductions. We will introduce our Business Network and how we work. We will then introduce our sponsor. The sponsor will give a 5 minute into presentation. We will then circle the room and let each person step forward for a 15 second intro. Example: “My name is Jay Updike and I work at Merrill Lynch. I help people with their investments specializing in Retirement accounts.” This will allow us to intro everyone in 10 minutes.
I will collect one business card from each person with a working email address. We will produce a spreadsheet with all the important contact information for each attendee. We will email this spreadsheet to each person within 48 hours.
5:45 You now know who is there and have a chance to personally introduce yourself to anyone and everyone. Make the most of the event.
Appetizers and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided. You must purchase your own alcohol. Please tip the servers.
6:45 Wrap up. You are free to stay and finish your conversations. Please spread the word about our Business Network and we hope to see you again. www.MidAtlanticNetworking.com .
